I stay hands-on where it adds the most value, including research, shaping product direction, working through complex challenges, and helping teams make better decisions.

To support that work, I create the systems, processes, and feedback loops that help teams learn faster, stay aligned, and spend less time spinning their wheels. The goal is not more process. It’s creating the conditions for better decisions and better outcomes.
