MaritzCX is the only customer experience company that combines advanced CX software platforms with research services and world-class CX expertise. To add to their existing suite of software, we designed the application structure and design templates, for a beautiful mobile experience that leveraged existing back-end functionality. This new experience would later be used as the reference for the redesign of their desktop software, This project featured: Research, Information Architecture, UX & UI Design and Detailed Specifications.
