From Dashboards to Decisions

Designed and built as a zero-to-one AI-native platform concept, Yard Copilot explores how supply chain control towers can evolve from visibility tools into decision-support systems. The goal was to move beyond monitoring and create an experience that identifies the signals that matter, surfaces risk proactively, prioritizes action, and helps operators make faster, higher-confidence decisions without increasing cognitive load.

Every interaction is designed to balance automation with human judgment—ensuring AI works in the background while users stay in control.

The result is a live, interactive prototype that demonstrates how complex logistics environments can become clearer, faster, and more actionable through intentional product design.
